UC Irvine is where I did my Ph.D.

I use my Molecular Biology Knowledge and Data Science Skills to investigate fundamental biological processes. My research aims to

  • Investigate mechanistic control of cell cycle by key cellular metabolites

  • Develop mutant p53 reactivating molecules to eradicate cancer cells

  • Build cellular models with next-generation omics Data on Depmap to discover new cancer theraputics

I was a fellow with The Data Incubator in summer 2019!

I gained valuable data science skills as a fellow in the summer 2019 cohort of The Data Incubator in San Francisco. We had challenging projects and deadlines almost every day. My fellows and I clashed ideas and brainstormed together in this dynamic environment. It was a very invigorating experience and I now have the power to look into interesting fields such as Genetic Deep Learning using Neural Networks.
