This map aggregates the number of parking tickets in a given area and highlights the most frequently ticketed areas so you can park ticket free! Bright green on the map represents areas most frequently ticketed. The search function is also implemented so users can locate their destination with ease. This map was created using the data, API, and resources from the L.A. city government, Mapbox, and Deck.gl. Hold down both mouse buttons to change the view pitch angle.

My car got broken into the second week during my fellowship with The Data Incubator. Cars get burglarized in high crime rate areas all the time. This map will help you find a safe area to park. The crime rate aggregates into pillars with the top crime areas shown in red.
